The story
One of South African football's most fashion-forward figures, Teko Modise, showed up perfectly on theme at Saturday's Hollywoodbets Durban July at the Greyville Racecourse.
Dressed in garments from local luxury retailer, House of Nala, "Dona" seemingly took some style inspiration from Akeem Joffer (played by James Earl Jones), the crown prince of the fictional African nation of Zamunda from the 1988 US romcom, "Coming To America."
Modise showed up at the premier horse racing event in a brown double-breasted suit and black turtle neck, featuring a glamorous brown and gold cape.
The Hollywoodbets ambassador touched up his regal look with a variety of badges to accessorise, alongside his signature black, rectangular-shaped sunglasses.
Modise was certainly one of the best-dressed men at the 129th Hollywoodbets Durban July, perfectly executing the vibrant theme, "Marvels of Mzansi."
