What's the story?
It can be said that as one of the most followed clubs in South Africa, Pirates have some of the most passionate supporters, whether it be men, women or kids.
In a recent collab between fashion brand Kasi Flavour and local artist Sho Ngwana, the female supporters of the Soweto giants were given their appreciation through a uniquely designed piece of memorabilia.

Kasi Flavour Twist
Kasi Flavour bought a Pirates pleated skirt from a local vendor and gave it a twist, with the 2020/21 Bucs home jersey also making a feature.
Taking to their official website, Kasi Flavour said, "Kasi flavour10 in collaboration with Sho Ngwana and SisterBozza created a photo series that is inspired by Orlando Pirate's female fans- a group we feel seldom gets its shine. Kasi Flavour10 tailored a cropped Jersey with asymmetric pleated chiffon paired with chiffon wide-legged pleated pants, which was created in an effort to pay home to our Bucs Divas across the world.
Happy Peoples
"We reinterpreted these two pieces by chopping them up and tailoring them into one hybrid piece -that would be beloved and that is informed with a DIY twist of our 'Happy People's ' aesthetic and that can be seen and recognise at stadiums on game day. A product we hope will retain the nostalgia of both products whilst also birthing a new hybrid piece that celebrates the best of both worlds."
