The Brazilians could be without Leonardo Castro for Saturday's game at the Lucas Moripe Stadium. The Colombian has been nursing an injury.

The striker was a notable absentee from Pitso Mosimane's line-up in the league game against Mpumalanga Black Aces in midweek, owing to an injury.

Should Castro miss the game, Mosimane might consider giving other strikers a run in the team on the weekend. Cuthbert Malajila and Katlego Mashego are some of the players that have been itching for game-time at Sundowns.

Mashego was introduced towards the end of the game against Aces, while Malajila was an unused substitute. Against Aces on Wednesday, Mzikayise Mashaba played in an attacking role for Sundowns and scored one of the goals in their 2-1 win.

One other change was that of Bangaly Soumahoro playing in midfield, with Teko Modise on the bench.
