The Amakhosi go into this weekend's clash with Volcan de Moroni of Comoros with a healthy 4-0 lead from the first leg, and will be confident of getting a result that sees them through to the first round of the CAF Champions League.
It was thought that Khune, who is now approaching full fitness, would be given his first start since getting injured in the Soweto Derby, however it appears that it has been decided that he is not yet ready to return.
Reyaad Pieterse and Brilliant Khuzwayo are the two goalkeepers that will travel to Durban for the game, with Khune being left behind alongside the injured 'Yeye' and Lebese.
Given the 4-0 lead and the upcoming Soweto Derby, it is thought that Steve Komphela may play a slightly weakened side against the Comorians at Moses Mabhida, with some of his regular starters possibly being given a rest.
