Chiefs Game Moved, Still No TV Coverage

Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed that their CAF Champions League game against Volcan de Moroni, which has been postponed for tomorrow, will not be televised. It was explained earlier today that, after the Comorian's failure to arrive on Friday night or Saturday morning, the decision has been made to postpone the match, with it now taking place on Sunday afternoon at 14h00. Vina Maphosa, the club's communications manager, said, "This is not ideal for the Club, but we agreed to the postponement in the spirit of football and out of respect for the fans who bought their tickets and travelled for this fixture." Meanwhile, despite Bobby Motaung telling the media that the game would be shown on SABC, this is apparently not the case. The club said on their official Twitter account, "Match Postponement: Tomorrow's match will still not be televised." Chiefs go into the game with a 4-0 lead after the first leg, and it remains to be seen what sort of XI Steve Komphela will field against the champions of Comoros.
