ASEC Discussing Plan For Kaizer Chiefs

Kaizer Chiefs' CAF Champions League opponents, ASEC Mimosas, have confirmed that their aim is to upset Steve Komphela's side this weekend for them to advance to the next round of the competition.

The Côte d'Ivoire outfit will be welcoming Chiefs at the Houphouet BoignyStadiumin Abidjan on Sunday for their second leg game in the continental competition, with a 1-0 win advantage from the first leg tie at FNB Stadium last weekend.

ASEC goalkeeper, Koffi Kouakou Herve, says his team is planning to use their 1-0 advantage into good effect. 

"The advantage of the first leg is certainly a very good thing, but it does not guarantee qualification (for the next round). It will be difficult, but like all my teammates, I believe in our final victory (Translated and Edited)," the shot-stopper told the club's official website.

Having arrived in Côte d'Ivoire on Thursday night, Chiefs attended the Human Rights Celebrations held at the SA Embassy in Abidjan on Friday, as confirmed by the club on their Twitter account.
