Arthur Zwane may still have a role to play in the Bafana Bafana technical team setup, but that all depends on head coach Molefi Ntseki.
The former Kaizer Chiefs winger, now in charge of the club's MultiChoice Diski Challenge side, was earlier this month roped in as an assistant coach by Ntseki for the national team's friendly match against Zambia.

Although the clash never took place, including an alternative fixture that was then arranged against Madagascar, Zwane spent some time in camp with Ntseki. But SAFA CEO Russell Paul has told the Siya crew that the arrangement was only for this most recent Fifa international break and that the decision to bring Zwane back would solely rest with Bafana's newly appointed head coach.
"We have meetings planned over the next couple of days with the Bafana coach and he is still busy working on his recommendations. Arthur was just for that one match. The coach has the Afcon qualifier coming up in November and wants to make sure that his team is strong ahead of that game," Paul said.
"We can't talk to anybody until the coach comes to us. We will obviously debate, but we will keep him as happy as we can in terms of the scope of his requirements. If you sign a coach full time from a club, it depends on what's in his contract. But there has never been a situation where we pay compensation to a club."
Another arrangement could be that Zwane is asked to help out on a camp by camp basis, the same as when Shaun Bartlett was Bafana's assistant under Stuart Baxter.
