The South African Football Association, through acting CEO Russell Paul, has confirmed that Bafana Bafana coach Molefi Ntseki will travel to Europe next month in an attempt to woo more players based abroad to avail themselves to the national team.
Ntseki has recently made mention of Thomas Barkhuizen, a striker who plays for Preston North End in the English second tier and has ties with Mzansi because of his grandfather.

There are two other players who are eligible to play for Bafana in Nikola Tavares at Crystal Palace and Joel Untersee, the former Juventus defender currently without a club.
"Regarding those players – and more – we are currently working with Home Affairs and once the upcoming games are done, the coach will go over to Europe to meet with the players, take them through the process and bring their documents back," Paul told the Siya crew.
Both Tavares and Untersee were initially included in the Africa Cup of Nations squad five months ago by then coach Stuart Baxter, but paperwork derailed that play and they duo was forced to withdraw from the team.
"We don't want the challenge of having them fill in the documents, then sending them to the embassy and then via courier to us. We don't want to take that risk, so he (Ntseki) is going there and will hand carry their documents," explained Paul.
Bafana face Ghana and Sudan in back to back AFCON qualifiers next month and Ntseki will soon after jet out to wide his team's selection abroad.
