Algerian striker, Islam Slimani scored the only goal of the game to hand Leicester City a 1-0 win over FC Porto in their UEFA Champions League clash.
The Foxes enjoyed an impressive start to the encounter, with Slimani and Jamie Vardy looking lively in the final third.
Their early pressure eventually paid off after 26 minutes as Riyad Mahrez picked out Slimani, who headed home from close range.
Porto looked for a way back into the clash and went close in the 35th minute when Layun's free-kick sailed just wide of the upright.
The Portuguese outfit continued to push for an equaliser in the closing stages of the opening half, but they failed to carve out another clear-cut chance.
Leicester came out attacking in the second half and nearly doubled their advantage after 59 minutes, but Iker Casillas produced a fine save to keep out Mahrez's effort from 20-yards out.
Kasper Schmeichel was called into action in the 72nd minute, as the Leicester goalkeeper pulled off a fine save to deny Diogo Jota form close range.
Porto threw numbers forward as they searched for an equaliser, but the Foxes managed to see off a late surge to claim their second successive group stage win.
