The Norwegian scored a brace in BVB's 3-0 away win over Club Brugge on Wednesday night, bringing up his 13th and 14th goals in Europe's biggest club competition.
Haaland, 20, has brought up his impressive tally of 14 strikes in just 11 UCL games, having represented two clubs – RB Salzburg and Dortmund – in the tournament.
In doing so, the striker has found the back of the net in the Champions League as many times as Ronaldo Nazario did in his career, with the Brazilian reaching his tally in 40 matches. Zidane also scored 14 goals in the competition, needing 80 UCL fixtures to get there.
Since bursting on to the scene last year, Haaland has achieved incredible numbers at a remarkably young age, with many believing he could join Kylian Mbappe in taking over the mantle from Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi at the top of the game.
