An exiled player at Juventus has reportedly threatened to sue the club if he is not brought back into the squad ahead of the new season.
Leonardo Bonucci was reportedly informed by new sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli and coach Massimiliano Allegri that his services are no longer required at the club after the new season.

The veteran central defender still has one year remaining on his current deal but has been linked with fellow Serie A sides Lazio and Sampdoria.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the European Championship winner has no desire to leave the Turin club and has already informed the club, via his lawyer, that he wants to return to the squad.
The 36-year-old only made 36 appearances in Serie A last season as Allegri began phasing the defender out of his squad before making the decision to freeze him out completely.
While Juventus are unlikely to change their mind, the reports adds that Bonucci will sue the club if the current issue is not settled as his contract only expires at the end of the 2023/2024 campaign.
Reports in Italy claim that Allegri's 'feud' with Bonucci dates back to the former's first spell with Juventus in 2017 when two got involved in an argument after a Serie A game.
