In a recent interview, the Sweden international weighed in on the longstanding "Messi vs Ronaldo" debate, which appeared to begin about a decade ago.
Ibrahimovic, 40, says he prefers Messi, whom he played with at Barcelona, as he feels the Argentine is more naturally gifted than his counterpart.
"They are very strong, it's a difficult choice," he told Corriere TV.
"If I must choose, I would say Messi because I played with him and everything he does is not built, he does it naturally."

The ex-Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United forward also revealed which defenders he has found most difficult to play against in his career.
"There are many, if you played in Italy, you have played against many strong defenders. Looking back 10 years, the defenders were harder, there was not even VAR," Ibrahimovic added.
