Seemingly in a bid to promote his new book, titled I Am Football, the Swede took to social media recently to name a team he considers to be the ultimate XI.
It might just be coincidence, but every player selected in the team is someone who once played with the towering Swede, leaving no space for Juventus' Ronaldo.
In goal, Ibrahimovic went with the legendary Gianluigi Buffon, whom he spent some time alongside during his days with the Bianconeri.
Former Paris Saint-Germain star Maxwell, perhaps surprisingly, was chosen at left-back, while names such as Patrick Vieira and Xavi Hernandez featured in the Swede's three-man midfield.
Ibrahimovic also included Brazilian icon Ronaldinho in his XI, but there was no place for the man he has often referred to as his idol, Ronaldo Nazario.
