Asked recently about his brother Paul's future, Mathias Pogba seemed to let it slip that his superstar sibling has been in contact with FC Barcelona captain Lionel Messi about his future.

Before Spanish giants Real Madrid appeared to be favourites to sign the United midfielder in the most recent window, rivals Barca were also reportedly after the Frenchman's signature.
Pogba was said to be open to a move to the Catalan club, but perhaps there was more to the inks with the Blaugrana than was previously thought.
His older brother Mathias seems to have admitted that his sibling has been n in touch with Messi, and also talked to a few other high-profile players about his next potential destination.

"I know he's spoken with a few players, but not (Sergio) Ramos," Mathias told El Chiringuito.
"Who? Oh, Messi. Sometimes, not always. Zlatan (Ibrahimovic). (Antoine) Griezmann, because of the national team."
He also claimed his brother spoke to a few people at Real too.
"I don't know about anyone from Real Madrid. Oh, (Raphael) Varane, yes, and yes, with (Zinedine) Zidane, yes," he added.
