The former Manchester United and Atletico Madrid forward picked a team with the most attack-minded stars of the season, with Ronaldo, Messi and Luis Suarez making his side - according to The National.
Forlan chose Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois in goal over Manchester United's David De Gea, and opted for Philippe Coutinho in midfield, who won Liverpool's Player of the Year Award.
