Manchester United have reportedly identified the star they are willing to let go of in order to bring Neymar to the club.

According to Fichajes, the Red Devils have become increasingly frustrated with Jadon Sancho's output, and are now willing to sell the Englishman in order to attain the funds that would help them sign Neymar.
The London native arrived at Old Trafford at a staggering cost of €85 million (R1.7 billion) in 2021 but has largely performed below expectations since, with the Premier League club now said to want to cash in on the former Manchester City academy player and bring in a proven talent in Brazil's all-time top goalscorer.
Neymar has been linked with a move to the record EPL winners in recent weeks, and having been lambasted by some the Paris Saint-Germain faithful during the same period, perhaps another high-profile move would appeal to him.
With the Ligue 1 champions having paid an astronomical figure for his services in 2017, Neymar will not come cheap for United, but the sale of Sancho could go a long way in helping the club secure the 31-year-old's talents.
The Manchester club will, however, be wary of the forward's poor injury record since making his debut at the Parc des Princes, but given his consistent world-class output in terms of goals and assists, it seems the English giants are willing take a gamble on the Mogi das Cruzes native.
Before being sidelined by an ankle injury recently, the skilful attacker scored 18 goals and provided 17 assists in the 29 matches he played across all competitions for PSG this season.

With Erik ten Hag's men look likely to secure UEFA Champions League football for next season, and also looking to challenge for the league title, the club perhaps sees Neymar as the player who can help them compete on all fronts again.
