Billionaire Sheikh Jassim Bin Al Thani will reportedly targeted the signing of a Paris Saint-Germain superstar if he takes over at Manchester United.
English outlet talkSPORT have reported that Jassim Bin Al Thani has submitted another bid in excess of £5billion to buy the Manchester outfit.

British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe also reportedly made his final bid before Friday's deadline at 22h00 however it is believed the Glazer family will only accept close to £6billion.
Should Sheikh Jassim be successful with his bid, the Sun have reported that he will want the club to sign PSG star Neymar next season.
Neymar still has two years left on his remaining deal with the Ligue 1 giants, so it remains to be seen how much the Brazilian forward will be worth.

The report did add that Sheikh Jassim would want to make a statement with a big-money signing if he does take over at Old Trafford.
Should the Red Devils make a move for Neymar, it would also spell the end of any interest in Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, who has one year left on his contract.
