Previous reports revealed that Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim had announced four senior squad members would not be part of the team for next season, including Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Antony and Alejandro Garnacho.
Rashford's future has garnered the most speculation. The attacker started the previous campaign as part of Man Utd's squad, but fell out of favour with Amorim and was moved out on loan to English Premier League rivals Aston Villa.
It was with the Villains were he regained some of his form, notching four goals and six assists in 17 games, according to Transfermarkt. However, Villa opted against taking up the £40 million (R961 million) to sign him permanently.
Rashford is now searching for a new club, and several high-profile European sides have expressed an interest in signing the 27-year-old.
According to Bild, German giants Bayern Munich have added Rashford to their long list of attacking targets as they look to bolster their attack. Rashford reportedly fits the club's profile to find an attacker who can play wide and centrally.
The Englishman joins PSG's Bradley Barcola, Athletic Club's Nico Williams, AC Milan's Rafael Leao and Liverpool's Luis Diaz on their shopping list.
Rashford also expressed his interest in joining FC Barcelona, but the Catalan side is reportedly hesitant to meet the £40 million valuation. According to United In Focus, transfer expert Graeme Bailey said the Englishman would prefer a move to Spain.

"Rashford, in theory, is keeping his options open, and a move to a club like Bayern Munich would be taken seriously, but the simple fact is that he remains focused on Barcelona,” Bailey said.
