The Reds have officially signing Hungarian left back Milos Kerkez for a fee believed to be in the region of €47 million (R977 million).
The 21-year-old enjoyed a breakthrough campaign with English side Bournemouth last season, as the Cherries finished in their joint-highest ever topflight position ever, ninth. The youthful defender was a major part of that and now the Premier League champions have successfully brought him to Anfield.
After completing a league record transfer for Florain Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen for €125 million (R2.5 billion), and signing Jeremie Frimpong for €40 million (R831 million) from the same Bundesliga side, the Merseysiders have now made Kerkez their third signing of the transfer window.
"I'm really happy," Kerkez said in a official statement.
"It's a real honour for me, a privilege to come to play for one of the biggest clubs in the world, [the] biggest club in England. I'm just really, really happy and excited.

"After this, I'll go home and in my hometown enjoy a few days, and then I can't really wait to come back and put the training kit on and start to train and prepare for the season."
