According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Sunderland midfielder Jobe Bellingham is being hotly pursued by Crystal Palace ahead of the 2024/25 season.
The journalist claims the Eagles are currently "in talks" to land the 18-year-old's signature after making him a "priority" signing in their plans heading into the transfer window.
Head coach Oliver Glasner is believed to be fully behind the move to snap up the attacking midfielder, who scored seven goals in 45 appearances for Sunderland in the EFL Championship this term.
Brentford are said to be among a list of other clubs keeping a close eye on Bellingham.
The teenager's older brother, Jude, has enjoyed a successful first season at Los Blancos in Spain, and could add to his LALIGA title this weekend when Real take on his former side Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League final.
The England international has contributed to an impressive 35 goals in 41 appearances since his €103 million (R2 billion) arrival last year and was recently named the LALIGA Player of the Season.
