Sadio Mane is reportedly one of the players who are pleased with Bayern Munich's recent decision to sack Julian Nagelsmann.

According to Bild, the reigning CAF African Player of the Year is one of the stars in the Bavarians squad who is happy with the 35-year-old tactician's dismissal on the weekend.
The Senegalese, Joao Cancelo, Manuel Neuer, Serge Gnabry, Leroy Sane, Jamal Musiala and Sven Ulreich are said to be part of a faction in the German side's dressing room who had become disillusioned with the former RB Leipzig manager.
However, there are also some in the squad who are unhappy with the ex-Hoffenheim boss getting sacked, with it believed that Joshua Kimmich, Leon Goretzka, Matthijs de Ligt, Dayot Upamecano and Benjamin Pavard wanted Nagelsmann to stay on board.
Bayern had been inconsistent in their past 10 league games, dropping points in five of those matches to see them relinquish first position in the Bundesliga to Borussia Dortmund, and it is these inconsistent results that ultimately cost the Landsberg am Lech native his job.
Thomas Tuchel has since been appointed as the six-time European champions' newest head coach, and has been tasked with recapturing top spot in the league as well as winning the UEFA Champions League.

Now unemployed, Nagelsmann has been heavily tipped to join Tottenham Hotspur, who are without a manager after mutually parting ways with Antonio Conte on the weekend.
