The German has been in charge of the Algerian giants since February 2025 and led the club to a 3rd place finish in the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 last season.
Ahead of the new campaign, Ramovic will be rearing his troops to make a title bid as he goes head-to-head with old foe Rulani Mokwena, who has taken over at MC Alger.
With pre-season preparations moving swiftly, Ramovic has reportedly made a call regarding team captain Islam Slimani ahead of the 2025/26 season.
According to 433Kora, Ramovic's decision is conditional as he set out clear requirements for the former Leicester City forward.
These conditions include full commitment to training, accepting a bench role based on technical needs and not causing any issues with the team's coaching staff, considering his popularity throughout the club.
The publication reported further that the club had reached out to the 37-year-old to call him back to pre-season training, or to bring forward an offer of negotiation, or to mutually terminate his contract.
