It has been a turbulent 2024/25 season for the Serbian coach who has managed three teams during the campaign.

Having started the season with TS Galaxy, he left the Mpumalanga-based side to join Tanzanian giants Yanga SC where he stayed for six games before leaving to join the Algerian side.

The Serbian took charge of The Reds in February 2025 and has overseen 16 games in charge so far, leading the team to nine wins and just three defeats, according to Transfermarkt.

Under the Serbian's guidance, the Belouizdadis secured continental football next season as they are guaranteed to finish in the top 3 this season.

In an official statement on social media, the club announced that Ramovic signed a new three-year deal that will keep him in Algiers until 2028.

The former TS Galaxy boss expressed his gratitude for his new deal.

"I want to thank the club’s leadership, the board, and our incredible supporters for the trust they’ve shown in us," Ramovic said, as per the club statement.

"Signing a new three-year contract with CR Belouizdad is a huge honour. This club has history, ambition, and heart — and we are proud to continue building something special here. This club belongs at the top of Algerian football," he continued.

Ramovic explained that he was under no pressure at Belouizdad and said the team should be competing for top honours every season.

"That’s not pressure — that’s the standard. CRB is too big not to fight for the title every single season. But beyond that, we must play an important role in the CAF Champions League. We must be competitive, respected, and feared in Africa," he said.
