The story
Chippa United showcased their new Home, Away and Third kits for the current season — just in time for their Betway Premiership opener against Orlando Pirates on Wednesday.
The kits were unveiled at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Monday morning, with Chippa Mpengesi sharing his excitement for the new season and unveiling two new signings for the Chilli Boys.
As mentioned by Chippa United in a social media statement regarding the kit launch, the strip is "designed to embody the passion, pride, and resilience" of the Eastern Cape's only top flight club.
Using the same design template for all three kits, the club's jerseys all feature abstract vertical stripes dark shading, round neck collars and the same sponsors (RADA Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality) placed in their usual positions.
