Coming off a breakthrough 2022/23 season, Stellenbosch teenage sensation Olwethu Makhanya has attracted interest from DStv Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns.
Apart from his footballing abilities, Makhanya could add plenty of personality to the Brazilians through his vibrant and youthful style.

What can Makhanya offer at Downs?
With players like Lebohang Maboe, Grant Kekana, Aubrey Modiba and Teboho Mokoena, it's safe to say that Masandawana's stars bring the style on and off the pitch.
If Makhanya does make a move to Chloorkop, he'd be expected to do the same and if his style and last season's form is anything to go by, the SA Under-23 international shouldn't have any problems fitting in at Downs.

The 19-year-old's breakthrough 2022/23 season at Stellies under Steve Barker has seen him garner interest from local and international teams after making more than 20 appearances for the men in maroon during a stellar campaign.
He was also nominated alongside eventual winner Cassius Mailula for Young Footballer of the Year, showing he has a promising future ahead of him.
