Gundogan is believed to have decided he will inform manager Pep Guardiola of his decision after their Champions League final this coming weekend, and while the Spanish tactician may not yet know what his skipper will ultimately do, the five-time Premier League winner is rumoured to have already agreed terms with a new club.
