Former Free State Stars defender Soriola Gege is yet to find a club for the 2014/15 season. The Nigerian is one of the players that parted ways with Ea Lla Koto at the end of last season.

Earlier this year, the central defender was linked with a move to Maccabi Netanya in the Israeli Premier League. Gege was recently linked with a move to Santos in the NFD.
In fact, the player was expected to join Santos to try and help the team in their attempt to gain promotion back to the PSL.
However, it is believed that the two parties did not reach an agreement over certain issues and the deal fell through.
Gege has only played for Stars since coming to South Africa when he joined the Bethlehem outfit in the 2011/12 season.
