The former Platinum Stars player decided to join the National First Division club, after struggling in his search for a club in the PSL.

"Mpasha (Hadebe) is at Stellenbosch. He's signed for one season with the club," said Tlhoaele.

Hadebe finished the 2015/16 season with AmaZulu, having joined the Durban-based club in the second-half of the season on loan from Diwkena.

However, at the end of his contract with Platinum Stars, the player became a free agent as he was not given a renewal.
