Kaizer Chiefs could lose one of their most promising young right-backs, as reports indicate that Sfiso Timba is performing exceptionally well during his trials in Belgium.
The 19-year-old is currently showcasing his skills at RWD Molenbeek, a second division side, and has impressed both the club and observers.

Sources close to Chiefs and the player have added that the South African Under-20 defender could realise his dream of playing in Europe.
"Everyone involved has been getting reports on his progress in Belgium and it's good reports only. He has impressed in Belgium and they are happy with what they are seeing. You must remember that they invited him for assessment because they had already seen what he can do and now that he is there he is just showing them what he is capable of doing. Things are looking good for him," the Siya source stated.
A second insider noted that while discussions about a permanent move to RWD Molenbeek haven't started, the experience alone in Belgium is invaluable to the youngster.

"We can't jump the gun now and say whether they are signing him or not. That's too early at this point. There are many advantages to this - for him going there. The experience he has gained can also help Kaizer Chiefs and himself as a player. You know he is in the Under-20 national team and this can help him grow. But if there is the chance of him signing in Belgium then it's still good for him. So everything happening is good," the second insider stated.
Timba has been outstanding for the Amakhosi DDC side under coach Vela Khumalo. Last year, he was part of the Under-20 national team that won the COSAFA Under-20 Cup in Mozambique, prompting Chiefs to consider promoting him as a backup to Reeve Frosler and Dillan Solomons in the senior team.
Soccer Laduma reached out to Chiefs for comment but had not received a response at the time of publication.
