Absa Premiership Result: University of Pretoria 0-1 Ajax Cape Town Date: 16 March 2016 Venue: TUKS Stadium Tariq Losper scored the only goal of the game to hand Ajax Cape Town a 1-0 win over the University of Pretoria. The Urban Warriors had a few good chances in the opening 10 minutes, with Tashreeq Morris and Ashley Hartog going close. Tariq Losper nearly handed Ajax the lead in spectacular fashion after 20 minutes when he spotted Trystan Coetsee off his line but the AmaTuks recovered in time to make the save. However, the visitors' early pressure paid off the in the 23rd minute, as Lopser slotted home from close range, after being picked out by Mosa Lebusa. The score remained 1-0 to the Urban Warriors at the halftime break, despite AmaTuks's dominance. Nathan Paulse nearly marked his return with a goal in the 76th minute but he directed his header wide of the upright. Morris nearly doubled the Urban Warriors' lead in the 82nd minute, but the striker's attempted lob sailed over the crossbar. Nonetheless, Roger De Sa's charges managed to see out the remaining stages of the half to claim the three points and moved up to ninth in the table.
