The Buccaneers missed the chance to move into the final CAF Champions League spot last weekend after losing 1-0 to TS Galaxy, as second-place Stellenbosch FC lost to Mamelodi Sundowns the same day.
Jose Riveiro's charges will need Stellenbosch to lose against Richards Bay and bag a win this afternoon to secure their spot in the Champions League next season.
However, the Buccaneers can't finish any lower than third spot and are guaranteed at least a Confederation Cup spot after Saturday's fixtures.
SuperSport, meanwhile, returned to winning ways seven days ago after securing a 2-0 win over Moroka Swallows, which guaranteed a top-eight finish.
Gavin Hunt's charges currently sit in fifth position but can only finish as high as fifth and as low as seventh position.
The Tshwane outfit have good memories of this fixture after claiming a 3-1 victory at the Peter Mokaba Stadium earlier this season.
