On Saturday, April 7, the city of Manchester will be flocking to Etihad stadium as the derby between Man United and rivals Man City will take place. This could be a moment to remember for the Citizens as a win would see them being crowned champions of the EPL.

Another derby takes place on Sunday, April 8, as Real Madrid host Atletico Madrid. Los Blancos are on a high after their UEFA Champions League victory against Juventus earlier this week. On the other hand, Atletico are above their opponents on the log standings and will be looking to stretch their lead.

Manchester City v Manchester United (English Premier League)

League Rankings: Man City 1st Man United 2nd

Useful facts: It's a never-ending rivalry as Manchester's biggest foes are back at it again this coming Saturday. This time around, the meeting is at Etihad Stadium where the Red Devils, who have slowly regained goalscoring form, are in search of three points. Jose Mourinho's charges will hope to claim maximum points to keep the second spot intact and avoid being caught by an impressive Liverpool whom they are just three points adrift. Although the Citizens have seemingly secured the league title, surrendering to the Red Devils would be the last thing on their list following their record-breaking league run. The previous Manchester derby ended in a 1-0 win in favour of Pep Guardiola's side.

Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid (Spanish LaLiga)

League Rankings: Real 3rd Atletico 2nd

Useful facts: Although the Spanish giants are out of the title race, there are plenty of points to play for. Los Blancos and Los Rojiblancos lock horns at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium on Sunday afternoon for what could be a decider for the second spot, which is still up for grabs. Both Zinedine Zidane and Diego Simone's charges will look to build on their last five consecutive wins across all competitions. Both teams played to a goalless draw the last time they met, in November 2017.
