What's the story?
EA Sports have revealed the 2022 World Cup mode for FIFA 23.
A deep dive trailer and some pitch notes have been published on the EA website that detail what fans can expect from the highly anticipated game mode.
There's also plenty of themed content for FIFA Ultimate Teams on the way.
World Cup game mode
There's plenty of ways in which gamers can enjoy the FIFA World Cup game mode.
From online to offline tournaments, kick offs, FUT Content, quick play and a live mode, gamers will get to experience the World Cup in the best ways possible.

The game mode launches on 9 November and all 32 nations are available to use in the game's World Cup mode in an authentic recreation of the upcoming showpiece in Qatar.
A lot of the qualified nations in the World Cup are not in FIFA 23 game and the Brazil national team are full of unauthentic players.
A cool feature for this mode allows gamers to substitute teams into the tournament that missed out, meaning the likes of Italy and Ukraine can be played in the tournament.
