The contracts of Chibuike Ohizu, Vusimuzi Ncube and Tresor Tshibwabwa have also been extended.
Mntambo, in particular, was a key component in Sekhukhune's attack last term, scoring seven goals from midfield in 26 appearances. He has proven to be a valuable asset both on and off the pitch for the club. It's a welcome extension for the former Orlando Pirates midfielder who turns 37 on Thursday.
