Ayanda Patosi was on target for Sporting Lokeren, as they lost 3-1 to Zulte-Waregame in their opening game of the Belgian season.

The Bafana Bafana midfielder started for the Lokeren but his first goal of the season in the 61st minute was not enough to save his side from defeat.

Darren Keet returned to the KV Kortrijk line-up, as they secured a 2-1 win over Standard Liege in their first game of the Belgian Pro League season.

Andile Jali featured for KV Oostende, as they began their Belgian league campaign with a 3-1 win over Mechelen on Saturday evening.

Jali started and lasted the full 90 minutes for Oostende, as they picked up three points at the Albertparkstadion and move to second spot on the Pro League table.

Anele Ngcongca was an unused substitute in KRC Genk's 3-1 win over OH Leuven on Saturday evening.

Meanwhile, Kamohelo Mokotjo lasted just over an hour as FC Twente, lost 5-0 to Stuart Baxter's Genclerbirligi. Kagiso Dikgacoi started for Cardiff City, as they defeated Sparta Rotterdam 1-0 on Friday evening.
