Bafana Bafana striker Lyle Foster will miss a chance to face Benni McCarthy's Manchester United side this weekend, following his red card in the Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest.
The 23-year-old was shown a straight red card on Monday night as Burnley picked up their first point of the campaign in a 1-1 draw away from home.

The former Orlando Pirates striker was sent off in second half stoppage time for elbowing an opposition player, leaving the referee no choice but to send him off after a VAR check.
This means he will miss out on an opportunity to face Manchester United on Saturday, a game he would no doubt have been relishing since the beginning of the campaign. Foster has revealed in previous interviews that he is inspired by what McCarthy achieved during his playing career and it would have been great for him to play against a side the former Bafana Bafana striker now works for.
Foster, who had a goal disallowed on Monday after a VAR check, will also miss Burnley's League Cup clash against Salford City, as well as the Premier League clash against Newcastle United next weekend.

This is a blow for the player, considering he was making good progress in the starting line-up for Vincent Kompany's side. He has found the back of the net twice this season, against Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur, and they will miss him upfront.
