"On the back of the Sundowns match (and) the Bidvest Wits match, we have to realise that our next match, starting with (Leopards), and the match after that Free State Stars, are the most important matches. A win for Pirates tonight will take the team to 47 points and at the top of the PSL log, which will put them three points ahead of Sundowns, although the Brazilians will have two matches in hand.
"Our players have to realise that we need the performance coming into this match. Put everything else aside, forget the Sundowns match, forget the Bidvest Wits match, but this is the match that counts. And we urge all our supporters to come to fill up Orlando Stadium," added Davids.
