In reminiscing about his time with Orlando Pirates, the team's former striker Chiukepo Msowoya picks winning the treble with the Soweto giants as one of the highlights of his career.
The 31-year-old Malawian had been on Pirates' books between 2010 and 2012, having joined the team from Mozambican club Muculmana.

Although he didn't enjoy regular game-time at the Buccaneers, Msowoya is delighted that he was part of the team that won the first of the consecutive two trebles in 2011.
In all competitions, Msowoya made 15 starts as Bucs won the MTN8, Nedbank Cup and the Absa Premiership title in the 2010/11 season.

"Winning the treble with the club will always be the most memorable moment. We won the treble under coach Ruud Krol and under the leadership of Lucky Lekgwathi. That time we had top players in the team like Lucky Lekgwathi, Oupa Manyisa, Andile Jali, Isaac Chansa, (Tlou) Segolela, Terminator (Dikgang Mabalane), Teko Modise and Katlego Mashego. We did it in style with top players in the team. It was said that we wouldn't win the league but we won the treble," the Malawian told the Siya crew.
