Magic FC will lock horns with Kaizer Chiefs this weekend in the Nedbank Cup competition, with the Cape Town-based side not ruling out an upset against the Soweto giants.
The two sides will face off in the round of 16 which will kick off at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Sunday, this after the game was initially set to take place in the Mother City, although had to be moved due to the unavailability of a stadium on the day.

"It's definitely is quite disappointing as our wishes were granted which was not only to draw Kaizer Chiefs but also to have the home ground advantage. It would have been fantastic to play this game in front of our friends and family but unfortunately due to certain circumstances it had to be moved but for those who would still like to support us on the day there will be a bus travelling down to PE and we will need all the support we can get," Magic FC's goalkeeper, Stefan Van Neel told Soccer Laduma.
The 26-year-old then went on to single out some of the individual quality in the team, although adding that his side is preparing for Amakhosi as a whole.
"We will need to keep an eye on everyone. Chiefs have quite a bit of individual quality by the likes of, Khama (Billiat), (Bernard) Parker, (Leonardo) Castro, George (Maluleka), (Siphelele) Ntshangase and the list goes on but we are planning as a collective and that's why it will boil down to a great team effort from the boys where each and everyone will have to play their role in helping one another and covering one another," he said.
