Just weeks before the resumption of the Premier Soccer League, another coach has been relieved of his duties in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.

Vincent Kobola took over from Kgoloko Thobejane in May this year and gave Baroka some hope of surviving going into the final day of the DStv Premiership season, but they could not get over the finish line.
The coach was however given an opportunity to start the new season with the club and try to bring them back to the DStv Premiership.
Six months into the job, the Siya crew were informed that the former Maritzburg United assistant coach had been relieved of his duties by the club.
The Siya crew reached out to Kobola who confirmed that he had parted ways with the club
"Yes, its been about a week now," confirmed the club. Asked about the reason behind his departure, Kobola pointed to impatience from the Baroka hierarchy for his departure."My Chairman wanted promotion now, now. He doesn't want to build up.
