The duo have been surplus to requirements at Sundowns for some time now, especially since the departure of coach Pitso Mosimane in October 2020.
'Jingles' was responsible for promoting them from the youth academy with the hope they would be the club's next big stars – but instead, they have spent several stints out on loan or kicking their heels in the stands.
All Stars were initially keen to start talking about the way forward, but that has now been interrupted by the pending sale of the club. It remains to be seen what their future now holds as they are clearly not in Downs' plans.
