With Mamelodi Sundowns finalising the team for the 2022/23 season by opening space for new signings in the current squad, another player is on his way out to DStv Premiership opponents.
After spending the previous season with Chippa United, Sammy Seabi is set for another season-long loan deal, though with Sekhukhune United this time, as confirmed by sources in the know.
Since signing with the Brazilians in 2019 from Polokwane City, Seabi struggled to break into the match-day squads at the star-studded team and has spent the last two seasons on loan at Swallows FC and Chippa respectively.
"Sammy Seabi is set to appear in the colours of Sekhukhune United this season. He has been loaned to the club from Sundowns," said the source.
Seabi is joining Promise Mkhuma among the latest players leaving the Chloorkop outfit on loan, with the club's development product set to be unveiled at Swallows.
