Indications are that Amakhosi are looking at the fact that the 29-year-old still has a few years ahead of him and can add valuable experience to the side beyond the end of this season.

With a new coach expected to come in before the start of next season, it's believed Dove is one of the experienced campaigners management is looking to have in the team.
