Kaizer Chiefs could be open to parting ways with Rwandan international goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari in the upcoming transfer window if a suitable offer, particularly from abroad, is tabled, the Siya crew has been informed.
Ntwari, who joined Amakhosi for the beginning of this season, has struggled for regular game time and remains behind Brandon Petersen and Bruce Bvuma in the pecking order. Despite initial backing from the club’s technical team, sources indicate that Chiefs are not likely to stand in his way should the right opportunity come along, especially one that could benefit both the player and the club financially.

The 25-year-old is a regular for Rwanda’s national team, and there are growing concerns that a continued lack of minutes at club level could jeopardise his international prospects.
A move abroad, where he could command a more prominent role, is believed to be an option that Ntwari's camp is open to exploring.
This potential stance by Chiefs would not be unprecedented. The club allowed Botswana national team captain Thatayaone Ditlhokwe to leave midway through the 2024/25 season, despite being under contract, when a suitable move materialised.

The same approach could apply to Ntwari, should interest from outside South Africa solidify.
“The club still respects Ntwari, but they are realistic about his situation,” a source close to Naturena revealed. “If a good offer comes and it makes sense for everyone involved, they will consider letting him go, especially with the squad changes expected under the new technical direction.”
