The story
South African music heavyweights Sjava and Emtee were among the A-list stars at the Amstel x Orlando Pirates launch event held Es'godini on Wednesday.
Blending raw talent with electric stage presence, Sjava performed some of his major hits at the event, which celebrated not only the joining forces of two major brands but also the intersection of football and culture.
Sjava, who performed "Umbayimbayi" on the day, was pictured with Emtee and Bucs midfielder, Makhehlene Makhaula, with both artists sharing the snap on their respective social media pages.
Sjava and Emtee have collaborated on several songs together, including "My Life" and "I Need Love", and their presence at the event signals their continued positive relationship with Amstel, which has seen them performing at the 'Friends Of Amstel' concert and taking part in the "Friends of Amstel: The Challenge" game show.
