The story
Tanzania international Feisal Salum seems to have had an enjoyable time in South Africa amid increasing speculation about a potential move to Kaizer Chiefs.
The 27-year-old midfielder was in the country with the Tanzanian national team for the 2025 COSAFA Cup. He participated in one group-stage match for the Taifa Stars, but unfortunately, the team did not advance to the semi-finals.
Additionally, Salum played in a goalless friendly against Bafana Bafana last Friday at the Peter Mokaba Stadium, further contributing to his playing time during his visit to Mzansi.
Beyond football, Salum appeared to relish his experience in South Africa. He shared joyful moments on social media, including scenes from Bloemfontein, where the COSAFA Cup is being held.
In one post, he was seen enjoying himself in Bloemfontein alongside teammate Gaby Johnson.
Take a look at Salum's post, with the Khosi Nation flooding his comment section to try and convince him to sign for the club:
At this time, it is understood that there is no deal in place between Salum and Chiefs, and the player has not reached an agreement with any other club. Reports from Tanzania also suggest that Simba SC is interested in signing him.
