Mamelodi Sundowns and SuperSport United will lock horns in a Tshwane Derby in the MultiChoice Diski Challenge.
The match is scheduled to get underway at 14h00.
The Brazilians will be looking for a return to winning ways after they drew 1-1 with Chippa United in their last encounter in 2016.
SuperSport will also be hoping to bounce back after they suffered a 1-0 defeat to Orlando Pirates last month.
Sundowns currently occupy top spot in the MDC standings and will extend their lead should they secure victory.
SuperSport, meanwhile, find themselves in 14th position and are still looking for their second win of the season.
