After completing their league campaign, the Pyramids FC head coach has reportedly warned his players of the threat Mamelodi Sundowns pose ahead of their CAF Champions League second leg.

Earlier this week, the Egyptian giants wrapped up their league campaign with an emphatic 4-1 win over Ceramica Cleopatra.
Despite finishing two points behind log leaders Al Ahly, the squad celebrated as though they had won their first-ever Egyptian Premier League championship — and that is because the club currently has an ongoing case with the Egyptian Football Association at the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
According to Al-Masry Al-Youm, club sporting director Hany Said has, however, urged the players not to concern themselves with administrative issues and to focus solely on their upcoming Champions League final second leg against Sundowns.
The Cairo-based club stand on the cusp of history as they look to become the fourth Egyptian side to win the competition, in what would be their first continental title. A late stoppage-time equaliser by Walid El Karti gave the North Africans a crucial away goal advantage as they look ahead to the clash at the 30 June Stadium.
The same report claims that during an intense discussion with his players, Krunoslav Jurčić told his charges that they need to be wary of the threat the Betway Premiership champions pose, especially in late-game situations.

The Pretoria-based club have drawn both of their away ties in the knockout stages, but a stalemate of 2-2 or more would suffice for them to lift the trophy.
