Check Out: 11 Stars Linked With Man Utd Exit
Man Utd endured a dismal 2024/25 season after finishing 15th in the league, their lowest-ever finish in the Premier League era, and also losing the UEFA Europa League final to English rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
While several stars such as Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho, and Jadon Sancho are expected to head for the exit door, Amorim will be looking to sign suitable, proven replacements for United to challenge for a European berth next season.
The Red Devils would be looking to strengthen across the board and have shown vulnerabilities in both attack and defence.
A lack of goals was clear to see last season as the Red Devils scored just 44 goals in 38 games, with Bruno Fernandes and Amad Diallo top-scoring with eight goals apiece.
The 20-time league champions are close to finalising a deal for Wolverhampton forward Matheus Cunha, who has expressed his desire to help the struggling giants return to the UEFA Champions League.
Ipswich Town's Liam Delap, who scored 12 goals last season, and Brentford's Bryan Mbeumo, who netted a career-high 20 Premier League goals, would be welcome additions to the Utd frontline.
Andre Onana's struggles in goal have been well-documented and Amorim may look to strengthen his last line of defence as well.
