Speaking to the South African Football Association ahead of this weekend, Williams seemed confident that the national team will be able to do the job on Sunday, despite no international friendly encounters since the Africa Cup Of Nations competition.
"Apart from a few of the guys that are injured, the camp has been fine, the structure is there, and the guys that are coming in - they've gelled easily with the team, we made it easy for them to adapt and the coach made it easy as well, he didn't come in to try and change a lot. It is standard and we all are professional, we know why we are here so it is all up to us to listen to the coach," he said.
"There are a few of us with high confidence, I am happy for someone like Bradley Grobler who had his problems, but this season he started well, he's banging in goals, so hopefully our triumph this past week can inspire the guys, we are a small team in South Africa but every season we are challenging and hopefully it can rub off on the (national) team," Williams added.
